There are a number of translation engines available on the web. They do a reasonably good job of translating sites into understandable, if stilted, english. There is a Google Bar available which makes getting translations of web pages easy. You simply visit a website with foreign text and click the "page info" button and then "translate to english" button and voila, a few moments later you've got a rough English version.
